"Where do we start when it comes to our favorite Mexican food restaurant in the state @blueiguanaslc 😍 The food, atmosphere, and service are always over the top amazing. A personal favorite is their Chile Verde Enchiladas which have a good kick to them, paired with their fabulous chips and salsa, and a strawberry margarita 🍻 My friend tried their Blue Iguana Tacos loaded with black beans, cabbage, avocado sauce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco. For anyone vegetarian or wanting to switch it up @blueiguanaslc has a whole side menu just for you! Plus ask to sit on their cute patio, you won’t regret it."⁠

"Okay, okay, okay. Can we please start talking about @blueiguanaslc they have a FULL vegetarian section and it’s amazing! I had the blue iguana tacos and I’m recommending them to everyone 🙌🏽 they were truly amazing and extremely tasty. They start off with this delicious FRESH salsa and chips and it’s delicious. 🥰 We also had the quesadilla and I mean you can never go wrong with a quesadilla it’s truly amazing! To top it off we finished it with fried ice cream and after this I don’t know if I can ever go back and eat regular ice cream. The staff was also the friendliest most kind ever and I will be coming back."⁠
