We pride ourselves on upholding our ancestors’ tradition of slow-cooking, marinating, and seasoning our meats and vegetables to perfection.

A white sponge cake soaks up a blend of three milks; evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk & whole milk. Topped with whipped cream & a fresh strawberry.

Caramel Flan

Silky custard with a creamy caramel sauce. We then dribble chocolate on top.


Rich, smooth cheesecake rolled in a flaky pastry tortilla then fried to a golden brown.

Fried Ice Cream
