“Mole” is a traditional sauce originally used in Mexican cuisine. Each “Mole” can consist of at least 15-20 different ingredients and take several hours to prepare. “Mole” is an ancient dish, which originates in the lands of Anahuac where it used to be a main dish at the Aztec emperor’s table. The origin of the “Mole” comes from the Nahuatl word “milli” or “molli”.
