Welcome to Blue Iguana’s authentic Mexican experience! Located in the heart of Salt Lake City, our food is all prepared in-house, using only the freshest ingredients. We pride ourselves on upholding our ancestors’ tradition of slow-cooking, marinating, and seasoning our meats and vegetables to perfection.
You will love our variety of margaritas and other cocktails, while enjoying our authentic and lively atmosphere. We might be famous for our traditional molés, but don’t let that stop you from trying any of our other delicious chimichangas, burritos, and tacos!

Grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, chiles & cactus in tomatillo sauce & panela cheese. Served in a Molcajete stone bowl
