Each โMoleโ can consist of at least 15-20 different ingredients and take several hours to prepare. โMoleโ is an ancient dish, which originates in the lands of Anahuac where it used to be a main dish at the Aztec emperorโs table. The origin of the โMoleโ comes from the Nahuatl word โmilliโ or โmolliโ.
