Paella Now On The Menu

WHAT IS PAELLA?

Paella is a rice dish made with saffron, vegetables, and proteins combined to slow cook in a shallow iron pan. The juices from the proteins and vegetables mix with the saffron during the cooking process which is then absorbed by the rice giving the overall dish a wonderful exotic flavor.

Paella has ancient roots and is believed to have originated in Spain around the mid-19th century. Learn more about the origins of paella here and here.

WHAT MAKES BLUE IGUANA PAELLA UNIQUE?
