“The Cadillac Margarita Was Perfect.”

“We were a party of 10 on 4th of July dinner and they accommodated us beautifully. Most of us were from Texas, having traveled to SLC for a wedding, so we weren’t expecting such great margaritas or food!! The Cadillac Margarita was perfect, and everyone loved their various dinner choices.

The menu had a ton of great options so the only hard part was making a decision. I had the calamari tacos which were wonderful and not something you’ll find on most Mexican restaurant menus. My boyfriend ordered one of the moles (mole verde with chicken) and it was simply outstanding. Their hot sauce was also delicious.

The customer service was perfect (we wanted for nothing and we were 10 of us!!) and they went above and beyond by finding and securing a pair of expensive sunglasses we accidentally left there, only realizing it when we got back to Texas. When I called, the person who answered the phone remembered us, told me they’d found them, and gave me info on who to talk to the next day. The owner had to make a special trip to send them via UPS. I can’t say enough great things about them and their food and service! The place was also well-decorated with a very fun environment. Be sure to make it a stop when in Salt Lake City! Cheers!”

“The Portion Was Huge, So I Got Two Meals Worth.”

“I wish I could give a higher rating – I had an amazing experience at Blue Iguana when I visited yesterday for dinner with my friend. There is a parking garage nearby that is free if you get validation from Blue Iguana.

I was surprised at how tasty their Skinny Margarita is – it doesn’t have that artificial sweetener taste that I was mentally prepared for. I will definitely be ordering that again. I ordered the combo fajitas and it was so delicious – it came with shrimp, chicken and steak. The portion was HUGE so I got two meals worth from the one order, which is great! It came with a side of guac, sour cream and pico de gallo along with two flour tortillas and rice/beans. My friend ordered cheese enchiladas and loved it so much her plate was basically licked clean. The service was also great. General Manager German was serving us and was so nice! We hope to see him again next time we go in!”

“You Want Authentic Mexican, Then This is It.”

“You want AUTHENTIC Mexican then this is it, they have such a fun lively atmosphere and awesome signature margaritas. Delicious chimichangas, burritos, tacos, fajitas and more.

The traditional molés is my favorite thing at this restaurant. They are famous for it. You can choose to have it with choice of chicken, turkey, or pork chops served with rice, beans & corn or flour tortillas. My wife had it with chicken and it was to die for. The mole she chose was poblano and it came with Red chiles, peanuts, pecans, cinnamon, chocolate & peanut butter. Mmmmmm .. soooo flavorful it’s a slightly sweet sauce and you can taste the chocolate But only a little bit, it’s not too rich. This one was not spicy at all. We both loved it .

We also got the seafood enchilada. They give you a big portion of seafood in it and it was fantastic I could only eat half of it, I had to take the rest home.”
